Gabreski Expansion Plans (Aviation applications pending as of March 2006) AMPCO 4 acres for a 130x130' "corporate" hangar, plus a second hangar "for the larger jets," plus one or more helicopters.     Brookwood 20 T-hangars     Eastway Aviation 4 acres for 30,000SF hangar plus office and lounge area to house charter operations, two 10,000-gal. tanks to fuel Westchester and Teterboro flights; future plans include establishing a new Fixed Base Operation with add'l hangars, tie-down space, and fueling operation.     ExcelAire 5 acres to establish a new Fixed Base Operation, a 25,000SF hangar for "aircraft management" and charter operations, 20,000-gal. fuel farm, option for another 5 acres with a second 25,000SF hangar, plus more than 10,000SF of office space. Fleet of about 25 planes is predominantly large jets.     Long Island Jet Center Expansion of existing Fixed Base Operation to more than double acreage and increase building space 6-fold, including 3 new 15,000SF hangars and 7 T-hangars, increase of fuel storage to 28,000 gal. Expanded facility will have space for about 40 planes.     Mailand 20 T-hangars.     Northside Hangars 20 T-hangars.     Ocean Aviation Interest expressed, application not yet submitted.     Sea Empty 100x100' hangar plus 6 T-hangars.     Tactronics 5 acres for 20,000SF hangar to include maintenance and equipment installation.     Suffolk County Police 1.8 acres for hangar for MediVac helicopter.
