Hampton West Estates is located one mile north of Montauk Highway & one mile south of Sunrise Highway in Westhampton, New York which is in the western portion of the Town of Southampton. We are approximately one mile from the Village of Westhampton Beach and on the west side of Old Riverhead Road.

Our community is approximately one square mile and we are situated in the middle of the Pine Barrens core area. In 1996 the Pine Barren's Act was adopted to protect Long Island's water supply. As a result we are surrounded by a beautiful forest, which will remain undeveloped.

Our neighborhood consist of 210 homes, 52 are occupied by United States Coast Guard personnel and their families. The USCG maintains several stations on along Long Island coast including Center Moriches and Hampton Bays. USCG personnel maintain the housing situated on the north side of our neighborhood. On the south side the homes are privately owned. This makes for an exciting mix of people.
